Feeding steam systems

ULTRA-SORB® ensures fast and full absorption in the section defined by Dri-Steem. It is an ideal solution anywhere space is limited. It can be installed directly in a ventilation exchange or in a duct, in any place, without the risk of recondensation. The absorption section can be shortened even to 15 cm. Pipes in ULTRA-SORB do not have to be heated up, which significantly reduces energy consumption.

ULTRA-SORB® can operate at steam pressure from a few k Pa, which allows for direct cooperation with a steam boiler.

RAPID-SORB® is a dispersive system of average efficiency at a limited dispersion distance (the section where the complete combination of steam and air occurs). It has one head that distributes steam into the vertical dispersion pipes. It does not require initial heating up, which significantly reduces operational costs.

Made of acid-proof steel, these compact systems consist of a water and steam separator, modulating valve and a heated dispersion pipe feeding steam into the ducts.

Anywhere fast absorption of steam to air is required. This system uses a set of connected dispersion pipes. The sets with several pipes are available in three types: MINI-BANK® for small ducts, MAXI-BANK® or (MULTIPLE- TUBE) for larger ducts and ULTRA-SORB®.

AREA TYPE® sets ensure the economical humidification of rooms without ventilation ducts. CLEAN-STEEM® humidifiers are offered for environments requiring clean steam without water conditioning chemicals added to boiler water. Because DI steam is very aggressive, all parts coming into contact with it are made of acid-proof steel. They are compatible with all control systems and operate in the range +/- 1% RH.
